Tenant Information

We have been assisting tenants find suitable properties for many years. Our success in this area has ensured that we receive repeat business on many different occasions, indeed, we have some tenants who only want to re-new their tenancy agreements through us and we have landlords who were once tenants of ours!

When a suitable property has been selected you will be required to complete a Tenancy Application Proforma. It is at this stage that proof of identity and existing address will be required together with an administration fee. Once a landlord has agreed the initial information an email will be sent within 48 hours which contains the application forms, if no email address is available a paper copy can be supplied. It is from this information that we will take references and apply for a credit search. Subject to those enquiries being acceptable to a landlord we will then be able to agree a moving in date.

Upon commencement of a new tenancy you will be asked to pay one months rent in advance and a deposit equal to the monthly rent plus £100.00.
There may be some instances that a landlord will ask for a higher deposit if there are any special requests for pets etc. The payment must be cleared funds i.e. bankers draft, building society cheque, direct bank transfer or cash. Payment could be accepted by personal cheque if this is paid at least 7 days before an agreed moving date.

We do not accept tenants under the age of 18, or anyone who will be seeking assistance with any form of housing benefit.

There are some circumstances when we will ask for a guarantor, however this is dependent on each individual case and is subject to the landlords approval.

Please feel free to browse our website to search for suitable properties, however to ensure that you are kept informed of new properties coming on to the market please register your requirements at any of our branches.

We wish you every success in finding a suitable property and look forward to being of assistance in the future.
