Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll match you with the best properties to rent in Dartford and Crayford. You’ll receive regular updates on new listings, ensuring you never miss out on your ideal home.

02

Once you’ve found a property you like, we’ll book a viewing at a time that suits you. To move forward quickly, all prospective tenants should attend. If you need to reschedule, just let us know—we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.

03

Ready to move forward? Complete a tenancy application, provide ID, and pay a one-week holding deposit, deducted from your first month’s rent. All tenants over 18 will be referenced.

04

Our referencing process ensures all necessary checks are completed efficiently. We’ll verify affordability, rental history, and employment details before confirming your approval. Once everything is in place, we’ll agree on a move-in date—usually within 14 days—so you can start planning your next chapter.

05

Before you move in, you’ll sign the tenancy agreement, which outlines all the key terms of your rental. Your deposit will be securely registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), giving you peace of mind that it’s fully protected.

06

Once all paperwork is finalised and your first month’s rent is paid, you’ll collect your keys and step into your new home. We’ll provide you with a full inventory report detailing the condition of the property. If your home is managed by Livermores, our dedicated team will be on hand for any queries or maintenance issues..

07

We want you to love your new home, and if you ever need assistance, we’re just a phone call away. From understanding your tenancy rights to handling any maintenance requests, we’re here to help throughout your rental journey.
